Nonprofit Board training at Credit Suisse

From 2015 to 2023, Credit Suisse offered a training program for employees in Switzerland who wish to be involved in a board of a foundation or a charitable association. The training program was part of the bank’s global foundation initiative Board Connect, The training covered key topics such as governance and oversight, tax, fundraising, investments, impact analysis, and grant making activities. The speakers were recognized external specialists from academia and business, as well as Credit Suisse experts. The training complemented the employees’ professional expertise and prepareed them for leadership roles in charitable organizations, thereby enabling them to have a positive impact in various social fields.
