You can work from home and choose your own working hours. Meetings are mostly on zoom when it suits everyone.
We work mostly in English, yet we also need native German, French or Italian speakers if you want to be part of the fundraising and communications team.

This is a volunteering position and as it's remote we cannot credibly supply you with work permits in Switzerland. What we give back is education: If you apply as an author, you will be given a training in instructional design and there are many other online courses. We also provide regular webinars for staff training such as leadership training which is open to everyone.
We are an association based in Switzerland and we partner with our organisation empowermefirst Zimbabwe. We hope to expand to other countries.
We have a flat hierarchy and do not believe in titles.
