(Volunteer Wanted) 2026 Les Automnales-Hallyu Korea Booth (kpop album,merch)

Are you passionate about K-culture, K-pop, or simply love sharing fun experiences with people? Join us as a volunteer at the Hallyu Korea Booth during Les Automnales 2026 in Palexpo, Geneva! You can volunteer for one day or more days.

Event Details

- Setup: Thurs, 5 Nov 2026 (after 11:00 PM – around 5:00 PM: no need to stay till the end)

- Sales & Activities: (6 fri-15 sunNov) 

Fri 6/Mon 9-Fri 13 Nov:10:30–20:30,  Sat 7/14 Nov:10:00-20:30, Sun 8/15 Nov:10:00-18:00, 

- Venue: Palexpo

- Address: Route François-Peyrot 30, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex 

Volunteer Tasks

- Assisting with booth setup (Thursday)

- Supporting sales of K-pop merch & Korean cultural goods

- General booth management (tidying, welcoming guests)

- Sharing information about Korean culture in a friendly way

⚠️ Important Notes

- This role is for helping and supporting the Hallyu Korea booth, NOT for looking around the event.

- Volunteers are expected to consent to being photographed/filmed for HK social media. If you do not agree, please inform us in advance.

- Please note that transportation fees will not be covered.
