(Volunteer Wanted) 2026 HEROFEST in Bern n-Hallyu Korea Booth (kpop album,merch)

Are you passionate about K-culture, K-pop, or simply love sharing fun experiences with people? Join us as a volunteer at the Hallyu Korea Booth during HEROFEST 2026 in Bern! You can volunteer for one day or three days.

Event Details

- Setup: Thurs, 1 Oct 2026 (after 11:00 PM – around 5:00 PM: no need to stay till the end)

- Sales & Activities: Fri 2 Oct→13:30–20:00,  Sat 3 Oct→09:30-20:00,  Sun, 4 Oct→9:30–19:00

- Venue: #D201 at Hall 2.2, BERN EXPO

- Address: Mingerstrasse 6, 3014 Bern  

Volunteer Tasks

- Assisting with booth setup (Thursday)

- Supporting sales of K-pop merch & Korean cultural goods

- General booth management (tidying, welcoming guests)

- Sharing information about Korean culture in a friendly way

⚠️ Important Notes

- This role is for helping and supporting the Hallyu Korea booth, NOT for looking around the event.

- Volunteers are expected to consent to being photographed/filmed for HK social media. If you do not agree, please inform us in advance.

- Please note that transportation fees will not be covered.
