What you can expect:
- At LUGA Lucerne from 24 April 2026 to 3 May 2026, you will be responsible for the deposit return station in the outdoor area for at least one 4-hour shift.
- You will inform visitors about the option to donate their CHF 2.– deposit to support access to clean drinking water or pay out the deposit amount.
- In addition, you will help support the special exhibition on volunteering, which Viva con Agua is organizing together with Benevol.
- Your assignment will follow a shift schedule (4 hours per shift). Multiple shifts are possible.
- You will receive a briefing in advance and be supported on site.

What is expected from you:
- Reliability and stamina throughout your shift.
- An interest in charitable work and sustainability topics.
- An open, friendly attitude and enjoyment in communicating with people.
- No prior experience is required; everyone interested is welcome.

Your impact:
- You will help collect donations for Viva con Agua’s water, sanitation, and hygiene projects.
- You will support education and health projects, including initiatives for schoolchildren in Uganda.
- You will raise awareness among visitors about the importance of clean drinking water and help share Viva con Agua’s work with a wider audience.

Was du erwarten kannst:
- An der LUGA Luzern vom 24.04.2026 bis 03.05.2026 betreust du die Depotrücknahmestelle im Aussenbereich für mindestens eine Schicht für 4 Stunden.
- Du machst Besucher:innen auf die Möglichkeit aufmerksam, ihr Depot von CHF 2.– für sauberes Trinkwasser zu spenden oder zahlst den Depotbetrag aus.
- Zusätzlich hilfst du bei der Betreuung der Sonderausstellung zur Freiwilligenarbeit, die Viva con Agua gemeinsam mit Benevol umsetzt.
- Dein Einsatz erfolgt gemäss Schichtplan (4h/Schicht). Mehrere Schichten sind möglich.
- Du erhältst vorab ein Briefing und wirst vor Ort begleitet.

Was von dir erwartet wird:
- Zuverlässigkeit und Durchhaltevermögen während deiner Schicht.
- Interesse an gemeinnütziger Arbeit und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen.
- Eine offene, freundliche Art und Freude an der Kommunikation mit Menschen.
- Es sind keine besonderen Vorkenntnisse nötig, alle Interessierten sind willkommen.

Dein Impact:
- Du sammelst Spenden für Wasser-, Hygiene- und Sanitärprojekte von Viva con Agua.
- Du unterstützt Bildungs- und Gesundheitsprojekte, unter anderem für Schulkinder in Uganda.
- Du sensibilisierst Besucher:innen für das Thema sauberes Trinkwasser und trägst die Arbeit von Viva con Agua nach aussen.
